This was a private contract which included the following works:

Total refurbishment of the interior, including hacking off existing render and replastering throughout
Remodelling of various rooms with studwork and plasterboard with plaster finish
Attic conversion
Acoustic flooring throughout the upper levels
New woodwork throughout
External works included new roof work with new velux windows for attic, slates stripped, new leadwork, felt, batten and re-slated.
New disabled access ramp to front of house
Landscaping of front and rear garden.

Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.

Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
