The contract in Lon Y Deri, Bangor consisted of an extension to the front of the house and loft conversion with en-suite.
New oak staircase was fitted to accomodate the access to the new loft conversion area. New dorma was created to allow more headroom.
Extension and dorma was finished in dash to match the existing house with slated pitched roof to front extension.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
