Plas Tudur Flats, Llangefni for Isle of Anglesey County Council
The project consisted of removing all the old render and adding new external wall insulation, dashing of the flats, new doors and windows, installation of new sprinkler system, flat roof works, remodelling of 1 of the flats.
External works including paving, concrete paths, new area for the housing of the sprinkler system supply (brickwork and fencing), landscaping of the gardens.
Internal and external décor throughout.
Regular health & safety audits were carried out by our in-house inspector which kept the site compliant and kept on site accidents to zero for this contract.
Regular site meetings were held to keep Principal Designer and Client updated on progress.
A new kitchen was supplied and fitted at the nearby Ger Y Graig community centre free of charge, giving something into the community
Contract completed successfully within the time scale and within budget.
