Pant Y Gwair was originally a dorma bungalow.
New fascias, soffits and rainwater goods put in place.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
The roof was completely removed and walls built up to form a new upper level. New roof put in place and slated.
The original upstair rooms were remodeled and reformed to create a more spacious environment
Cedral board cladding was added to the exterior and rerendered throughout
