Paul Williams - Director
Paul has 30+ years’ experience in planned maintenance contracts around the North Wales area for most local authorities.


Drew Walls – Health and Safety & Quantity Surveyor
Drew has taken on the role of Health and Safety Advisor. Qualified to NEBOSH level of competence and is responsible for all matters of health and safety as well as PQQs and health and safety plans, as well as carrying out regular health and safety site audits and site visits. Drew has also taken on the role as the company quantity surveyor.
Clare Williams - Admin Officer
Clare is responsible for all admin, from finances to ordering to wages and supports the project team in all aspects at our Bangor based office.


Chris Jones - Contracts Manager
Chris is relatively new to the role of contracts manager, one of which he is relishing. Chris has been in the building trade form over 20 years, starting out as an apprentice bricklayer working his way through to his current position.
The remainder of the workforce have a wide range of experience, specialising in all aspects of the building trade and all carry the relevant CSCS cards. We have apprentices in various trades and encourage their development at all times. All employees have been trained in asbestos awareness and have all gone through their Health, Safety and Environment tests.
