The contract at the Village Hall in Llanbedr was for Pwyllgor Neuadd Bentref Llanbedr.
The project involved refurbishment and alterations of the village hall, works consisted of the following:
- New front and rear extension
- Full electrical re-wire
- New heating and hot water system
- Upgrading of all thermal elements with underfloor heating throughout the hall.
- Remodelling of the main hall, creating a number of smaller rooms and offices.
- New windows and doors throughout.
- New car park and associated works.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget
