Completion of 4 plots at Pen Y Bryn, Dwyran for Grwp Cynefin.
The project was taken over from a company that failed at phase 1 and we were contracted to complete the 4 dwellings. Brief description of the works involved was completing blockwork to the attic areas of the dwellings, joinery works throughout, internal and external décor, external silicon render, all external works including pathways gardens and fences, new driveways and repair and renew all drainage works.
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
