This contract was for the remodelling of the exisitng kitchen prep room & creating new ladies/disabled toilets.
The work consisted of the following:
- Demolition of the existing kitchen prep area
- New stud and block work to create a new kitchen prep area and new ladies/disabled toilets
- Drainage works were carried out to join up with exisiting drainage
- New tiled floor and walls
- New sanitary wares fitted to toilets and prep area
- Decoration throughout
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
