This contract was the external refurbishment of 2 apartment blocks in Felinheli marina for Port Dinorwic Yacht Harbour Residential Estate Ltd.
Work consisted of the following:
- Replacement of all soffit and fascia boards
- Replacement of all rainwater goods
- Hacking off of defective render around windows
- Replacement of all lintels
- Cavity insulation added
- All windows replaced
- Re-rendering of affected areas
- Full decoration to the exterior of the apartments
- Roof stripped, lead renewed, felt and battened and re-slated
Regular meetings were held with client and designers to assess progress.
Regular health and safety audits were carried out to keep the site compliant and free of accidents/incidents.
Contract was delivered on time and within budget.
