A brief description of the project was remodelling of 6 one bedroom flats and 4 two bedroom flats.
New floor finishing’s and internal decoration throughout the newly modelled flats.
External wall insulation and rendering, installation of a lift shaft, roof works, new rainwater goods, upvc windows and doors, paved area to the exterior of the building and making good of the surrounding areas.
The project was undertaken to a very high standard, whilst residents were still residing in the property, with their consideration taken as highest priority to minimise disruption.
The project was delivered on time and within budget.
