             Access was an issue with this contract as there was only 1 route in and out. All deliveries were controlled using a banksman to avoid any risk of collision.

             This contract was made more challenging as there were some flats still occupied. Working closely with the residents any issues were overcome by keeping any considerably noise related activity to certain times due to 2 residents working night shifts.
             &#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
          
             Regular health &amp;amp; safety audits were carried out by our in-house health and safety inspector which kept the site compliant and kept on site accidents to zero for this contract.

            Drainage works put in place, on commencement of drainage works, issues where apparent with the nearby river levels during a number of days of rain. This was overcome by putting in place an overflow outlet, this was incorporated with the attenuation tank head wall (see pics). Attenuation tanks placed in position, once connected and running this had an instant impact on the neighbouring gardens regarding drainage, after numerous days of rain the said gardens remained free of standing water where in the past this was a major problem. Also the nearby bungalows suffered flooding, in the past, which is now remedied due to the attenuation tanks.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

            Bryniau Bach was a private contract. This was a new build project consisting of the main living area, garage and workshop.

            All the main living area had a state of the art under floor heating system and double insulation throughout the entire house. External render was the Weber render system of which we are an apporoved installer.

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;font&gt;&#xD;

            Drive and pathways had tarmacadam finish

            Decking area surrounded 3 sides of the house overlooking the landscaped garden.

            A brief description of the project was reconstruction of 27 prefab houses.

      &lt;font&gt;&#xD;

            It consisted of, new insulated cavity walls, blockwork, roof work, weatherboarding and rainwater goods, re rendering of chimney stacks. Stripping out of existing fixtures and fittings. 1st &amp;amp; 2nd fix joinery and installation of new kitchens and bathrooms. New flooring and decoration throughout internally. Weber insulated render system applied, concrete external paths and disabled ramps, car parkin bays were put in place with tarmacadam finish and making good of the surrounding areas.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;

            Tan Yr Allt is one of the oldest buildings in Bangor, standing for over 250 years.

    &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;font&gt;&#xD;

            The grade 2 listed building is owned by the University. We have been refurbishing this building in phases with phase 2 being completed in 2017.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/font&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;font&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            The building has been totally gutted and re-modelled internally and now houses various office space.

            The building was initially an old house with an attached shed.

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
