Private domestic extension and new kitchen to the existing house in Newbourough.

Works consisted of the following:

Stripping out of existing kitchen, flooring and skirtings
Foundations, floor structure and wall construction including internal and external finishes, lintels cavity trays
Installation of new beams including protection
New roof structure, including insulation and internal and external finishes, new roof light and roof
Installation of new trifold patio doors
Reskim internal walls and install new plasterboard ceiling and skim
Blocking up of existing doors
Installation and decorating of new skirtings
Installation of new kitchen and fittings
Decoration to walls and ceilings
New fascias and rainwater goods
New external landing and steps
External painting
